A non-vital tooth 21 was fractured to bone level. The residual root was removed in a flapless procedure whilst the buccal bone plate remained intact. A Thommen Medical implant was placed slightly palatal to the ridge and a check was performed with an indicator that shows, that a directly screw-retrained one-piece ceramic crown can be used as a suprastructure.
