Brandon Speelman

Brandon Speelman serves as the North American President of Thommen Medical, where he oversees the entire business. His career at Thommen Medical commenced as a Sales Representative, and he has since progressed through various roles. This extensive journey has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of each of the company’s operations, having been actively involved in each aspect.

In his personal time, Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his three children and wife, whom he deeply cherishes. He also engages in activities such as playing guitar, cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Brandon’s primary objectives are to ensure that our customers and patients receive the best products, can smile with confidence and to enjoy life, while ensuring our support and partnerships with our clinicians are continually growing. Additionally, he aims to foster a positive and inclusive company culture, ensuring that his team thrives in an environment that promotes enjoyment and success.

Todd Fridrich

Todd Fridrich has over 40 years of dental expertise and 20 at Thommen Medical. He is a Fellow of the Dental Technology NBC and certified in two specialties. He has served as an instructor for the Graduate Prosthodontics Program at the University of Iowa as well as on the Continuum on Implant Dentistry at the University of Florida. He is a past President of the American Prosthodontic Society and has served on the editorial review board for The Journal of Prosthodontics and the Journal of Dental Technology.

In his free time, Todd can be found playing with grand kids, cooking with fire and antagonizing his wife. 

I share a companywide goal to elevate the importance of patient care, provide exceptional products, and support it in a manner that all partners reach their consummate potential.

David Mohelman

David Mohelman is an experienced Senior and Regional Sales Manager with imense success working in the medical device, dental and orthodontic industries. He has successfully directed and built educational pathways at more than 70 universities in North America along with creating different retail educational programs across several companies.

In Davids free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Millie, their son’s Alex and tyler, along with their daughter  dog, Bailey. They have 2 other children: Tyler (Houston), Maddie (attending Clemson University).

Benjamin Connors

Benjamin Connors is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. He has worked across various industries, including hospitality and construction. Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Financial Management from the University of Akron.

He enjoys playing the drums, hiking, and other outdoor activities with his wife and three children

At Thommen Medical, Benjamin applies his expertise to improve financial reporting. His work ensures that the company’s financial information is accurate, transparent, and delivered timely, supporting overall business operations and decision-making.

Dennis Ross

Dennis Ross is the Marketing Manager for Thommen Medical, with over 20 years of experience in marketing and product management, 6 of these 20 being at Thommen.

In his personal time, Dennis enjoys living in Salem, Massechusets with his wife, daughter and their dog. When not working, you will find him on the the ocean – paddleboarding, fishing or surfing in the warmer months.

Dennis’ mission is to continue to support in broadcasting Thommen into the market, ensuring all aspects of marketing operations are fully functioning while contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Emily Fliegel

Emily Fliegel is the Operations Manager at Thommen Medical where she oversees daily operations, inventory management, and quality assurance. With seven years of experience as a dental assistant, Emily brings strong clinical insight, operational expertise, and an eye for detail to her role—helping ensure efficient processes, consistent product availability, and high standards of customer support across the organization.

Outside of work, Emily stays busy hanging out with her dog, Coco, getting creative with art projects, catching live music and concerts, and tackling DIY projects around her home-while always making time for her friends and family. 

Emily’s mission is to use her experience in the dental industry and attention to detail to keep Thommen Medical running smoothly, ensuring products are always available, empowering our team, and maintaining the highest quality standards-so our customers succeed and the company continues to grow.
